三相异步电动机的起动方式
1,直接起动。但三相异步电动机直接起动时电流可达到额定电流的6-7倍,对电网的冲击较大,特别是大功率电动机。
2,降压起动。降压起动主要有热自藕降压起动和星三角降压起动。
热自藕降压起动是指通过自藕变压器在起动时降低电机电压,同时降低起动电流。一般降低为额定电压的55%-75%左右。优点是可以通过改变自藕变压器的抽头圈数方便地改变起动电压。缺点是需要用到自藕变压器,成本较大。
星三角降压起动是指通过改变电机的接线方式而改变起动电压,从而降低起动电流的一种方法,只能适用于正常接线方式为三角形接法的电机。在起动时,使用继电器方法使电机接线方式为星形,此时电机的每相电压降低为原来的根号三分之一,电机转速达到额定转速的80%左右,控制继电器改变电机接线方式为三角形,电机开始正常运转。优点是可以节省自藕变压器,降低成本,同时接线方法简单,可靠性较大。缺点是无法改变起动电压的比率,同时无法使用在星形接法的电机。
3,频敏电阻起动。频敏电阻起动是指在电机起动时在主路中串联频敏电阻,从而降低起动电流。频敏电阻能够平滑地改变起动电流,对电网的冲击较小,是较为理想的起动方式。但是大功率的频敏电阻都是采用电感的形式,所以在使用时会产生较大的电磁涡流,会降低电网的功率因数。
